We own a business and often have a hard time getting supplies, parts or services. We were referred here by another local business and worked with Jeff. We showed up 3 hours before they closed and Jeff was able to get a part overnighted. The bad news is that UPS never picked up that part from the shipper. Jeff went above and beyond and was watching the tracking on the package and saw that it didn’t ship as the supplier said it would. He then ordered another one and again had it shipped overnight. We had recently an evaluation for a malfunction of a defrost heater at our old GE Refrigerator. Very professional service provided by Jaron and Jeremy, they did their best to find an available part, but unfortunately this is not manufactured anymore. However, we appreciate a lot the advice they gave us for the moment and the suggestions for buying a new refrigerator! I have discussed the issue with Chris at the office, and he will try to find a place where the defrost heater for our refrigerator it might be eventually available. This store has saved us so much money and helped us so many times from furnace parts, dryer parts to most recent stove parts they help with trouble shooting and recommendations they have had our parts in stock too! I'm so thankful to have a business like this here
