“We own a business and often have a hard time getting supplies, parts or services. We were referred here by another local business and worked with Jeff. We showed up 3 hours before they closed and Jeff was able to get a part overnighted. The bad news is that UPS never picked up that part from the shipper. Jeff went above and beyond and was watching the tracking on the package and saw that it didn’t ship as the supplier said it would. He then ordered another one and again had it shipped overnight. This time to our home as his business is closed on Saturdays. We received the part early in the day and were up and running within a few hours. I would also like to mention that prior to ordering the part from Jeff we did look online to try and get it and Jeff’s prices were actually a little bit cheaper then most places.Thank you Jeff!“
