Dain came when our dryer was screeching. He replaced a part, then replaced our crushed vent duct which had probably been impacting the dryer's efficiency since day one (7 years ago). My dryer is so efficient now, and I couldn't be happier with Double D! Dawn is great too!

Been using Double D Services for over 20 years. The tech service they offer is fantastic if you’re even a little bit handy- they will talk you through diagnostics, repairs and sell you affordable parts. We’ve repaired two non-heating dryers ourselves for less than $50 and a couple hours time. All we needed was a 1/4” nut driver and two screwdrivers.

Nathan really went above and beyond to help me. I didn't really know what we needed so he said my renter could call him to explain it. Then Nathan caked me back to tell me the parts we really needed. Really great customer service.
