He really shined when my basement bedroom flooded from broken sprinkler. He came out THAT day. he worked very hard to clean out all the water that was standing on my carpet, took up the carpet and spread fans around to help dry out the room. He has been back twice to bring more fans and to check on the drying process. He did a repair of a patch of carpet my dog decided to dig up to try to get out of the bedroom with the door shut one time. It only took about an hour and all went very smoothly.
