I had two rugs picked up, cleaned, and returned. One of the rugs was returned very musty smelly.Robert Mann was very responsive to my concerns. The rug was picked up immediately after our contact, and the problem will be worked out.Problem solved. I would recommend Robert Mann for rug cleaning with no hesitation.Service: Area rug cleaning

Dear Robert,We received the rug and are amazed at your work! If you have expensive Persian rugs, there is only one place in Denver I would trust to get them cleaned/repaired. Robert Mann rugs is the bomb. Competent and caring, this place is worth searching out. They also sell rugs.
