They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They had a fast response time after an Ice Dam wreaked havoc on our home. They were able to mitigate the water damage as well as repair and replace all that needed to be completed to restore our home.

We really appreciated Peter's communication and quick responses to clarify anything needed throughout the whole process. Including helping us understand insurance needs and requirements to keep the process flowing. Peters knowledge of how the insurance process works is invaluable as it is so stressful to work through something like this. “They did work on our kitchen sink and cabinets after water damage. The manager was nice and very responsive but the two guys that did the tiling for the back splash had to redo it three times!! It still is not correct some tiles are spaced to far & some too close & some touch each other. Also there was damage to some of the cabinets " not their fault, it was Lowe's fault" and they had to be returned but the guys did install a empty space cabinet that was damaged and they knew it was but said nothing to me or the manager. Rick the supervisor or manager came to try to fix the fine line crack with filler but it didn't work. So he said if I wanted new cabinet they have to take sink and countertop out and it already took from Nov to July to get this project done with delays from coming out of post pandemic. So the company discounted from total bill. Some of the cabinets doors are slightly uneven so when the other guy came to put the knobs on they look uneven. And the new black sink I paid for and they installed; the two guys that did the back splash tiles continued to mix the powder for them to stick the tiles on in over the sink and putting water and stirring the powder and it permanently stained the sink. I have tried to wash it off but it won't come off so they ruined the new sink right after being installed. Smh So it's more like the details need some improvement. But over all it looks nicer then the 1958 old cabinets that we had. Down side they are smaller so less cabinet space then original ones.“
