Mike and his crew were very professional, showed up on time, kept my house very clean and made sure it was clean before leaving. We had best option restoration out for water damage. I was able to get in contact with Mike and have him dispatch a crew before the contractor my insurance company was going to send out could even call me. They did a fantastic job. They were fast at getting a dumpster delivered to my home. They were very professional and always called or texted to let me know they were on their way. Robert was very friendly and always kept me informed of what was going on. Johnny and his crew replaced the vapor barrier in my crawl space and it looks fantastic. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is it did take quite a while to get the ITEL report on the flooring which is something required...read full review
