They did work on our kitchen sink and cabinets after water damage. The manager was nice and very responsive but the two guys that did the tiling for the back splash had to redo it three times!! It still is not correct some tiles are spaced to far & some too close & some touch each other. Also there was damage to some of the cabinets " not their fault, it was Lowe's fault" and they had to be returned but the guys did install a empty space cabinet that was damaged and they knew it was but said nothing to me or the manager. We called them to setup a fire mitigation estimate walk through. They were great on the initial call and answered a ton of our questions. Additionally they have a lot of great reviews which can be hard to find for mitigators. We ended up not going with them, but it had nothing to do with their service, knowledge, etc. We'd recommend reaching out to them for an estimate if you have fire or smoke damage.
