“When I called Mr. Rooter yesterday I didn't realize it was my lucky day! I got the "A" Team.My experience began around a year ago when water was backing up from the floor drain in the basement when the washing machine went into the spin and rinse cycle. Google maps foundMr. Rooter for me. The tech they sent me snaked out the drain and stopped the backup. He also sold me a few bottles of enzymes for monthly maintenance to keep the flow going. I first learned about the enzymes from another home owner at an HOA meeting where I live. She told me that "once you get the drain cleared, keep it cleared with the enzymes once a month". That method worked beautifully for a year, but I noticed a gurgling noise coming from the drain a couple months back and got worried. We had anHOA meeting that dealt withSewage issues a few days ago, where I learned that my issue was my problem. So my brother and I called Mr. Rooter yesterday and they sent out a tech immediately. One thing led to another and it was discovered the main sewer line which was made out of cast iron under the concrete floor was rotted out!Our man Sam carefully explained what would need to be done, and he gave us a reasonable estimate. He called in his crew and they got to work right away.I'm amazed at how fast the job was done, by 6:00pm we were able to use the toilets and the sinks last night. They came back early this morning and finished buttoning up the plumbing work.They replaced all the cast iron with PVC and it looks really goodall in less than a time frame of24 hours. They cleaned up after themselves also! We never felt"Put Out" Thanks guys! Good Job! All that's left is filling it back in and the concrete floor work.Truly Amazing!!!“
