“Found Pat and Affordable Plumber CO LLC on Next Door. He came highly recommended, so I contacted him yesterday morning (Mon, 6/3/24) to report a clogged kitchen sink drain. He did not answer his phone, but called me back within about 10 minutes. It was about 1030am so I pretty much assumed he might be able to get to me later in the week, but he made room in his day for an afternoon arrival. He quickly took care of the issue, plus made a couple of modifications, which he pointed out might create issues later if he didn't handle then. I agreed and he efficiently resolved the clog and the other issues. I've worked with a lot of tradesmen over the years. Pat is friendly, informative, efficient and reasonably priced. If you were to have a "big box" plumber out, this service call could have easily amounted to $1,000. The work done and time spent by Pat cost me $385.00, a very fair price IMO. Next plumbing need you have, give him a try!“
