I had a furnace/ac system installed. I would rate my experience an A+. Excellent customer service, the installers were excellent. They were friendly and hard working. Supervisors/management stopped by to make sure install was going as planned. I have not been so impressed by a company in a long time. I would very highly recommend this company!
We had a great experience with IMS and we have recommended them to our neighbors. Having a furnace about to die in the month of February is stressful and they took our concerns very seriously. IMS excelled at it all, providing a rare combination of excellent: 1) customer service, 2) very competitive pricing, and 3) professional installation. From Daniel on the initial consultation, to Michelle coordinating on schedule and billing, and Tanner the lead technician, we were in excellent hands from start to finish! I'm not easy to impress but the IMS team was excellent to work with, from Phillip's detailed quote to Tanner's professional (Quality) installation of a new Furnas and AC unit. There was no damage to the house, everything was cleaned up, Tanner went over all the details and answered my questions. Good job everyone!
