5 days agoWhile we make it a practice to obtain three bids for any service project, we failed this time. Ben, the project manager was so knowledgeable and pleasant, we felt we could trust his expertise. He spoke with honesty and we felt his integrity coming through, as he carefully explained the basics and complexities of a furnace/heat pump/AC function. As a result, we chose Ben and Ideal Comfort to install our system without obtaining any other quote.Ben and Ideal Comfort worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation. Awesome customer service, squeezed us in on really short notice. Huge thanks to Steven for answering all my questions and doing such a thurough job on three systems in one day; and, providing a detailed write-up on everything. Will definitely be using Ideal Comfort again. Thank you!
