Mike and his team at MGI provide first class service, end-to-end. Mike educated me on the relevant technical concepts to inform my purchase decision, then he used science to design and size the solution. Mark and Kris provided exceptional service throughout the installation process, and Kim diligently coordinated a warranty issue. Everyone at MGI works together as a team, they always have smiles on their faces and a “can do” attitude, and they truly are experts at their craft. I interviewed many of their competitors, and I know I made the right decision in choosing MGI for my Carrier Heat Pump. They have exceeded expectations every step of the way. Thank you MGI team!

Mark was great at explaining everything he was doing, did quick and efficient work, and left the place clean. He is very friendly and personable. MGI is a great company to work with.
