I always have multiple questions and he patiently answered and explained various functions of my system, allowing me time to write copious notes. He offered multiple ways I can save money for future services, even going on Amazon to show me what parts # to order and what it would cost & why that could be a good option. When I booked the service Marissa (front desk person) helped me in a similar way that helped me decide the installed air purifier is not something I need. But that decision was partially made after she told me the part # I could order to save on servicing it if I chose to activate the purifier. I absolutely love the approach Bill (owner) and Joe have toward their customers and they will always be my go-to company for HVAC services.“
