“Very satisfied. I researched 5 counter fabricators for my Marshall Fire rebuild. I wanted a fair price but most important a quality job. My project was big, requiring 3 slabs. Three fabricators came in around the same price, including KBD (and Home Depot for reference, and I had no plan on using them). Two came in well above 35% higher. All for the same quartz. KBD was the first to get back to me with an estimate, and Kalisha actually followed up. (Her job, but nobody seems to do this much anymore so thanks Kalisha for keeping the standard up!)My stone was back ordered, I recommend asking about this if your timeline is short. Otherwise KBD kept me informed, answered my questions and calls, and delivered when promised. They also made payment easy.For the most important part for me, the installation quality was excellent. You really cannot see the seams, (two) and the effort they put into matching was great. Also I had two waterfalls on my island and those look amazing!Make sure you ask Kalisha about your cabinet design (I had another cabinet provider) when it comes to islands due to electrical outlet requirements. She knows what to do. Otherwise you might end up with outlets in your waterfall if you do them and that is less than desirable. Wish I had met them sooner! Overall, great service and quality. I chose them based on Google reviews and I am glad I did!“

“We walked in to JM kitchen in Arvada to get countertop ideas for a kitchen “refresh”. Colbea spent time explaining the process and offering both tips and insight on many details we had not considered. We hired JM Kitchen with Colbea as our designer. Colbea was wonderful, she worked with us on costs, scheduling and coordinating and of course design and picking out materials. She really listened to us during the process and pulled together some great ideas/design. JM Kitchen, Colbea & the vendors they use for fabrication, plumbing fixtures and tile were all top notch and professional. The process was smooth and Colbea was there every step. “After recently retiring, my wife and I had the enjoyable experience of remodeling our home. We visited Cress Kitchen & Bath and ended up meeting with Katie for several hours. Our home was very dated. We had 40 year old carpet throughout, wallpaper on every wall, popcorn ceilings, no ceiling lights, a wood burning fireplace with brick hearth, and a kitchen and two bathrooms screaming for updates. While we had a vision for our remodel, Katie took that vision to the next level. She gave us a detailed four month work schedule showing the work to be completed each day. This schedule rarely changed, and if so, it was because of manufacturer shipment delays beyond her control. Cress pulled the permits for our project and everyone involved with the remodel was great! This included our electricians, plumber, drywaller, painters, and carpenter. Katie coordinated the work schedule for all of them and communicated with us almost daily making several on-site visits per week. At the end of each day, trash was removed and floors were swept...very important to us since we were living in our basement during the entire project. Ultimately, we are beyond thrilled with our updated kitchen, bathrooms, and entire main floor. They meticulously measured to make sure everything would fit correctly. The installer, JD, is a true craftsman with an incredible attention to detail.
