Cabinetry in Boulder

“A year ago, I worked with the Artisan Shop on remodeling my 1960s Fort Collins home. The remodel was extensive, and the Artisan Shop provided cabinets for the Kitchen and Laundry on the Main floor. I could not be happier with the product or the service i received from the Artisan Shop. The advice I received from both Kathleen and James was 100% correct. In fact it was their advice that first made me chose the Artisan Shop. They guided me towards a design that updated the decor of our home while still paying tribute to its mid-century heritage. The QUALITY of the workmanship is absolutely second to none. I cannot state this enough. I make my living by Woodworking. I own two woodworking retail stores, but i simply did not have the time to dedicate to making my own cabinets. The meticulous choices made in veneers, grain placement, and construction style are all PERFECT. I mean that! The work is PERFECT. I cannot do better myself, and i am extremely fastidious in my work. My only regret in this project is that i did not get to meet and shake the hands of the individual craftsmen and women who built these cabinets for my family. Their work is outstanding. Now, please understand; the Artisan shop is not inexpensive. However, they are a good value. You do get what you pay for. Still, along the way, minor issues occurred. For example, an end panel was the wrong size. These issues were corrected with immediacy and with the same level of quality as the initial job. Mike was always available to produce anything necessary to get the job finished and get my family back into our home. I do realize this review is rather glowing, but my experience was quite good. From the moment i walked in to the showroom, they were able to translate what was in my head into a reality that i am pleased with a year later. That rarely happens in my experience.
