Now that I'm finally getting married in may of next year, I opened up my dress and found that it had yellowed (this is what I get for storing it in the guest room where it gets hot in the summer). I called elegance preserved and they picked up my dress for free, gave me an estimate of the cost a couple days later (they won't touch your dress without your permission by you approving the estimate) and personally delivered it back to me. The whole process was smooth and I have to say I'm actually impressed at how neatly the dress was presented back to me. It came back neatly packaged in a box with a protective linen covering over the box. Now it's so easy to store too. They even included museum gloves so I don't mess it up again.“

“I've been going to Laurel Cleaners for a few years, mostly for tailoring but also dry cleaning on occasion. They always do a wonderful job, especially on original hem for jeans. Today, though, I became a customer for life! The zipper on my daughter's Halloween costume broke while trying it on at 4pm on October 30. I panicked, and rushed it over to this shop. She took a look and told me she could fix the zipper before noon the next day! After being in panic mode, the service and accommodation was priceless for this mama... and she still only charged me $10 for the emergency fix. “This was my first experience with Menlo Art Cleaners. I hope this experience continues. My previous dry cleaner closed its business (for good). At the suggestion of an acquaintance, I tried Menlo Art Cleaners to have a very nice, poly-filled winter coat (for very cold weather) dry cleaned.
