“This was one of my favorite experiences, not because it was proximite. Not because they did the best job of any cleaner I've ever known, and I live in Tiburon and still opted to come down here when I would work from my Peninsula office. It was that good.But the 5 stars was for Jeff. I wanted to leave this here before a new owner comes in. Jeff always had a smile, always remembered your name, asked questions about life, and over the last 20 years became a good friend, a constant before, during, and after the pandemic, and I only wish I could have said goodbye. Taken from us far too young, a major life experience for me, and a major source of joy, will be leaving with Jeff, and if any of his family or friends were to research him, in this time of grieving, I wanted this out there that he was a major impact on our community, a shining light of friendly and kind spirit, and a wonderful business owner that added so much to our little San Mateo. She told me that they would dry clean it first, and if that didn't work - they would wash it. Much to my surprise- 4 days later - I had a perfectly white linen blazer - that looked better than when I bought it. Sooo impressed and will definitely go back.“
