Doctor Rigg is awesome and both my husband and I have really GOOD Insurance and we still got to this wonderful old fashioned place that we love. Dtr. Rigg is truly, The GREATEST. No B.S. Right to the point, you are in and out and results are fast. Highly recommend this wonderful and very non-pretentious place.“

“Malibu Canyon Urgent Care and Dr P are simply the best!!! The office is super clean. You don't have huge, long lines to wait in. Dr P has the best bedside manner including Mary, his nurse. I have been treated for several issues here from infections to a staff infection (MRSA) to some pretty crappy Covid. Each time I come I'm treated with respect. They really get to know their patients. You're not just a body on a conveyer belt like at other urgent cares where they rush you in and out. This is completely different. It's the best/excellent service with that small town feeling. They really care, they take their time and actually listen to you and do everything they can to make you feel better. They get to know their patients. I often walk by to pick up food next door and stop by to say hi, it's that awesome. This place is a true hidden gem and we're so lucky to have this urgent care here. Thank you!!!“

“I was referred to this clinic after having a bad experience with the first doctor I went to for a physical, and the contrast was night and day! The girls at the front made me feel very welcome and comfortable, really impeccable customer service skills from every employee. Dr. Eli Guzman was very quick to see and assess me, and even gave me an uplifting comment (the last doctor I had just come from made subtly fatphobic and misogynistic remarks, very uncomfortable experience) that I would make a great nurse. The experience was extremely smooth and couldn't have gone better. I just wish I lived closer so I could come here for all of my future health concerns! Great non-insurance/ out-of-pocket prices too compared to other urgent care places. Nancy was extremely helpful too and helped me in avoiding missing my 72 hour TB test limit. Nancy, I wanted to buy you a Starbucks gift card but with what's going on in politics, wasn't sure. You got my email if you'd like a gift card or lunch!“

I cannot thank the entire staff everyone from the Amazing and extremely professional Office Manager Yalda who is always there and goes above and beyond to make sure for any reason you might find yourself there you are taken care of, then theres the main DR who i owe my life to and when i say this believe me it is coming from a very deep place within me! Dr Hamid from the moment I walked in with a very sensitive issue he made me feel at ease not with fake promises but realistic expectations as long as i did what he advised and i did now closing on 6 years of having my life back thanks to this amazing place and its Staff. Anyone speaking negatively about this place or Dr Hamid or any staff members i cant speak on their personal experience but i can say this with the highest degree of confidence, Dr Hamid has never been anything but honest helpful has gone out of his way to make sure of my well being at any given time. So if anyone is having any second thoughts or reading reviews that are not positive i just want to say please just go see Dr Hamid for any issues you or a loved one might be having related to "bad habits" i am a success story all thanks to Dr Hamid and his staff and Yalda is the sweetest the most caring person I have come across in this field so I don't understand the negative comments anyone is posting about her!
