The facility is spotlessly clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you need medical care you should come to PORTER RANCH. I had to go for an ear problem, and the doctor was so attentive and very thorough. This was my third visit there.
Staff and setvice was excellent. I gely as though the staff took proper action and did what necessary for my daughter. I was also pleased that all.of the equipment was working unlike other urgent cares that I called prior to finding this one.
Came in for chest pain/pressure, visit went well doctor Evan was very helpful and friendly. Sent me to the ER where I was able to complete my treatment. Thank you thank you thank you.I liked the fact that I was able to leave and wait for them to text when the doctor was ready, I did not like that I waited an additional half hour after arrival.
