I’ve been to Carbon health, with my mom, my daughter, and my husband, and on each occasion it was easy to schedule an appointment, see the doctor, get a diagnosis and either follow up with a physician or get meds to help. This was my first time going for my own symptoms, and I experienced the same thing. The staff is great. They are timely. And I appreciated them getting me on my way to feeling better.
Easy to use app, friendly staff and Drs. Only complaint would be it says walk in welcome but it’s really by appointment. Good thing is it’s not to hard to get an appointment. Much easier than going to the Er or getting a Dr visit with primary.
I was impressed withe the cleanliness of the medical office. The office receptionist was professional & friendly. The physician assistant spend time with my foot problem. It was easy to make an appointment online & fill out the paperwork. My foot problem was not solved but the p.a. Gave me ideas to see other specialists to ease my symptoms. Tylenol helped too.
