“We used Cornerstone for a very tricky curved window replacement project at my parents house. For the beginning Tony was great to work with, explaining to us our different options and encouraging us to come to his showroom to see samples. The install took 4 days and his team is awesome. They kept their work area extremely clean and the windows look so much better. They also cleaned up some dry rot and replaced so it looks like new. Without hesitation, I would hire Tony and his team again!!“

I called other shops around Long Beach and Robert's Glass & Screen had the cheapest quote. I'm glad I chose his service. The screens are repaired and it looks brand new. We decided to replace all of our windows (13) and sliding glass doors (2) in our home and shopped around various window companies before coming to Rich. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable and were very reasonably priced. They went over each individual window with us to ensure accuracy and code compliance. The order was placed with Milgard, and the delivery was exactly two weeks later. Delivered in good condition and placed inside my garage. If this level of service wasn't enough, we decided at the last minute to add an additional window. Called Rich up on May 30th and picked it up on June 7. Six working days allowed us to stay ahead of our stucco guys.I would strongly recommend Rich Door and Window for any of your window needs. Honest, reliable family run business that delivers! “If you need a window or similar cut for your own dyi install, these guys are the best. A good price and fast service if you go to pick up yourself. I needed to do a quick window replacement and called them. I gave them window pane measurements leaving one- eighth of an inch less than actual on all sides. You should double check how much smaller it should be when you have them cut it. Anyway, my measurements worked and I'm happy. Be aware though if you purchase caulk or anything there it's probably seriously marked up. I was ok with that as I didn't have time to go to hardware store before the rain hit.“
