I have worked with them on a few jobs. They are wonderful! The glass quality is excellent and warranties are offered. They had great communication and customer service. I haven't had any issues with their installations, and it's been a couple years. Give them try.

So our place got broken into, and our glass sliding door was shattered in the process. It was a two-pane glass panel and the remaining glass was constantly chipping away slowly at night due to the winds, making an extremely unpleasant noise.Unfortunately this all happened on a holiday weekend and there was no glass business open...except for All Cities Glass. So our place got broken into, and our glass sliding door was shattered in the process. It was a two-pane glass panel and the remaining glass was constantly chipping away slowly at night due to the winds, making an extremely unpleasant noise. Unfortunately this all happened on a holiday weekend and there was no glass business open...except for All Cities Glass. I found them after scrolling down the Yelp lists, and they said they would drive over to our place the same day to check it out. To our surprise, they offer an emergency boarding service where they would board up our compromised door with wood and secure it with metal rods. We obliged, because they told us that the glass wouldn't be ready until a week or so later. At least this would give us some level of safety back, which was appreciated. They said that we didn't have to worry about the broken glass, as they had a shop vac and cleaned it up themselves. They also gave us the estimate on the same day they came by, so we wouldn't be too surprised about the fee at the end. Full transparency, the glass was ready 11 days later. They came by on June 19th and then they let us know that the glass would be installed at our place on June 30th. The install itself was pretty smooth, lasting about an hour or so. The new glass looked amazing and they even sprayed and wiped it down to make it look spotless. Couldn't even tell that we got broken into before! Overall, I trust this business and would call them again if we had any further glass-related problems. Loved their communication and speediness, as well as attentiveness to our unfortunate situation.
