I recently ordered a screen from them for my Milgard window. The staff (Valerie) was extremely helpful in helping me with the order. I picked up the screen today and could not be happier with their support. Highly recommend them.

I went in there looking for some weather stripping that costs about 15 usd. These guys spent a ton of time trying to find it and finally did. Just wonderful. Mind u that this place sells doors and windows in multiples for construction projects so to spend so much time to figure out about my needs and take care of it, was unbelievable and that they take care of each customer the regardless of how much people spend.

I've not used Cook's Doors and Windows BUT I was so impressed with my phone call to David that I told him I'd Yelp him. I called a few days ago and asked if the company sold the specific brand of windows I need for my condo and David said no. He was honest, a good listener and didn't try to get me to change my mind and to buy one of the products his store sells instead, which I appreciated greatly. Further, I told him the price I had been quoted by another company that does have the windows and the particulars of service offered.
