It felt like a nightmare having to make funeral arrangements and not everyone on the phone was so nice about answering questions but when I got to calling Heritage I spoke to Caesar who was nothing but kind and he answered all of my questions, they took care of the paperwork and my brothers transportation and made everything as easy and smooth as possible for my mother and myself. Elizabeth was very sweet and accommodated every need we had when we met with her for handling my brothers arrangements for his viewing and scheduling with us. He handled all of the Hospital paperwork and kept us well informed. Jose handled everything! After the Cremation was final, he shipped ashes to my house. “Highly recommend Prince Charters, LLC for yacht rental for fun or parties. We hosted a small party on the boat, and the staff was amazing and easy to work with. There was someone to greet us in the parking lot and help with the limited parking. Guests were escorted to the boat. They were attentive with making sure everyone was comfortable, helping with drinks, and helping with cleaning decor and food. They were easy to communicate with leading up to the party and reasonably priced. I would. Again, highly recommend them for boat rental and hosting.“

“Marcera Crematory is located in a light industry neighborhood. With nearly no parking. I managed to find 1 open spot, 3 doors down, had to parallel park between 2 parked cars.
The Crematory has very limited signage, drove by it twice. Ring the doorbell for assess. I was there for the pickup of my adult Daughters remains. I only interacted with 2 employs, both were friendly and helpful.
At my request, they even transferred the remains from the urn that we originally ordered to the urn my wife had chosen later, that I had brought with me. If the need should arise, I would use their services again. But then, I am an industrial type person and am comfortable in an industrial environment. More white collar type persons may be put out by the industrial environment.“
