The team at Dimond and Shannon was incredible to work with. Annette was my primary point of contact, but the entire team was supportive, gracious, and professional every step of the way. At a time when things can be very difficult to deal with, they were all truly a gift from God. From the bottom of my heart I offer thanks to you Annette, and everyone at Dimond and Shannon for all that you did for our family and friends. One extra thank you goes to Mr Eddy for his moving remembrance of his time working with my wife during their years working together there, at Dimond and Shannon.

Staff was beyond kind and treated my family like humans not just another paycheck due to sad events. We l9st my mother and son in two weeks of each other and Shannon and dimond went above and beyond for us making this a smooth transition
