“Booked an appointment here for the first time last week and absolutely love and recommend them! They let you wait in your car while a room is prepared, which helped my pup's anxiety massively. The team made sure I was with him as long as possible and only brought him to the back for five or so minutes. The vet, vet techs, vet assistants, and support staff were all kind and listened attentively to my thoughts and needs and responded accordingly. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy procedures that weren't absolutely necessary. Last and definitely not least, I was wearing a shirt which designated my pronouns as they/them. Not only did the staff compliment me multiple times on the shirt; they also correctly gendered me, which is above and beyond any veterinarian's office I've ever been in. Will definitely be using them in the future! :)“

Despite this, I decided to proceed, hoping to get reassurance about my dog's behavior, as she wasn't eating. When I arrived at the clinic, the vet examined my coneheaded furry friend and, to my relief, assured me that everything was okay. What pleasantly surprised me was that the vet waived the revisit fee.This experience showcased a significant improvement in my perception of the clinic. It demonstrated their commitment to the well-being of the animals they treat, showing that they prioritize the care of pets over financial gains. This gesture of waving the fee made me feel that the vet genuinely cared about my dog's health and my peace of mind.In light of this, I would like to commend the clinic for their compassionate approach and willingness to address my concerns. Thank you guys for helping both my fur babies with their allergies! I have two Boston's who were miserable from allergies and were scratching like crazy each one received a shot and within 2 days like a miracle both have completely stopped scratching. We had tried so many different things. Even spending triple at another location for an unsuccessful band aid to the problem. Thank you guys very much.“
