Despite this, I decided to proceed, hoping to get reassurance about my dog's behavior, as she wasn't eating. When I arrived at the clinic, the vet examined my coneheaded furry friend and, to my relief, assured me that everything was okay. What pleasantly surprised me was that the vet waived the revisit fee.This experience showcased a significant improvement in my perception of the clinic. “Quick appointments! Lots of other places in the area can't take appointments for WEEKS. Everyone here is also very very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend prices are fair as-well. Thank you guys for helping both my fur babies with their allergies! I have two Boston's who were miserable from allergies and were scratching like crazy each one received a shot and within 2 days like a miracle both have completely stopped scratching. “The staff are very friendly and kind. For those of you who don’t know, they have a drop off system. You drop your pet off and they will get to them within the day (from 8am - 4:30pm). This means that your pet could potentially be there all day.Unfortunately I have a very nervous little pup so it wasn’t the right fit for us (yet), but they were very understanding and sweet about me changing my mind. If you think this system would suit you, I have no doubts that they would take good care of your beloved pets.A special shout out to Aliya, she was so helpful and patient with me while I asked her about 100 questions and talked with her about my puppy. Reasonable prices, friendly staff and Dr. An is simply fantastic. Fast service. Clean office. I highly recommend Dr. An and her office for your pets needs.“
