“Brookfield took care of our dog after he was attacked by a lose dog in our neighborhood. They took him in immediately and provided great care. The vet was compassionate and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The next day I received a follow up email first thing in the morning asking how he was doing. And then throughout the day the office was in communication with me by email because they wanted to be sure he was eating. It meant a lot to me.“

“Booked an appointment here for the first time last week and absolutely love and recommend them! They let you wait in your car while a room is prepared, which helped my pup's anxiety massively. The team made sure I was with him as long as possible and only brought him to the back for five or so minutes. The vet, vet techs, vet assistants, and support staff were all kind and listened attentively to my thoughts and needs and responded accordingly. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy procedures that weren't absolutely necessary. Last and definitely not least, I was wearing a shirt which designated my pronouns as they/them. Not only did the staff compliment me multiple times on the shirt; they also correctly gendered me, which is above and beyond any veterinarian's office I've ever been in. Will definitely be using them in the future! :)“
“Let me start by saying that I was impressed from the start . It was easy to make an appointment, they were friendly and informative. The day of the appointment I got a reminder text which I loved.. was not sure how I would feel about not being able to go in with him but when we got there we called and they went over my concerns and came out and got Rocco .. our fur baby is only 8wks old . So once he was seen dr called and went over what she recommended we were able to get all that we wanted for him and more. I was not only extremely happy with their customer service but they care about the fur babies. And you can tell. Thank you VCA Orange“

They had an affordable and thorough pre-paid puppy package that covered all upcoming expenses for the first year for vaccination, flea, deworm, fecal exam, nails, all the things made streamline for me. It included a welcome package with tons of information that was better condensed than anything I found online. The neuter then gets a discount if that's added on at the appropriate age.I felt they were very understanding that I also have a rescued feral cat (came out of a bush in the "cat distribution system") that was behind on vet care since her spay and vaccines when she was fresh from the streets. She's voilent if picked up or contained. They were appropriately insistent I bring her in for routine care, and offered creative solutions to sedate her before bringing her in. That's the help I was missing for crating this 20 pound sass. I'm glad to be going forward with them for all my vet needs and relieved they can work with me as the cat will need more care, test, or dental as she gets older.“

After my dog's spay surgery, I had some post-operative concerns and decided to contact the clinic again.I expressed my worries to them and was informed that there would be a $35.00 charge for a revisit. Despite this, I decided to proceed, hoping to get reassurance about my dog's behavior, as she wasn't eating. When I arrived at the clinic, the vet examined my coneheaded furry friend and, to my relief, assured me that everything was okay. What pleasantly surprised me was that the vet waived the revisit fee.This experience showcased a significant improvement in my perception of the clinic. It demonstrated their commitment to the well-being of the animals they treat, showing that they prioritize the care of pets over financial gains. This gesture of waving the fee made me feel that the vet genuinely cared about my dog's health and my peace of mind.In light of this, I would like to commend the clinic for their compassionate approach and willingness to address my concerns. While my initial visit had pricing issues that left me feeling unsatisfied, the way they handled my post-operative concerns has restored my confidence in their commitment to their patients and their owners.In conclusion, my updated experience with this veterinarian clinic has been positive, particularly in terms of their dedication to the well-being of pets. “Unfortunately My lovely Jake had an injury to his leg and had to have surgery. This was my first experience at this veterinarian and I must say I was extremely pleased with the staff and the veterinarian surgeon. I would however recommend purchasing pet insurance as these experiences Can be extremely expensive and we love our pets.“
“Couldn’t have chosen a better place for our baby tigerlilly! The staff is friendly, caring, and and loving. Unfortunately, we had to put her down but even through those difficult moments their staff walked us through the process and gave us their moral support!“

“I went to Lincoln Animal Hospital for the first time for some urgent care for my cat. It was a Saturday, and they were booked, but they saw us as a walk-in for urgent care. The girls at the front desk were super nice and checked me in right away. I was told I would have to wait, but the wait was only 10 minutes. Dr Lan was so nice and caring. He relieved my worries immediately. I thought maybe my cat needed an xray to check for an intestinal blockage, but he said he didn't think that was necessary. He sent us home with a mild laxative and she was fine when we tried the laxative for a couple days. This was the most wonderful experience I've ever had at a veterinary office and I look forward to taking my other two cats to this office for any future veterinary needs they may have. I give this office 10 stars ?“
