“Had to wait a little bit but I understand that there are other patients ahead of me. Service was good, all my questions were answered and the staff/doctor took good care of me. Much happier here then my previous doctor.“

“This afternoon I brought my daughter in as a walk in and first thing I liked was how polite and friendly the receptionist Destiny was as if we were regular patients. We got called to the back again back office medical assistant Stephanie kind friendly professional made us feel comfortable took vitals and told us Dr would be in shortly, as she did. I like how Dr Lara was genuinely concerned about my daughter's visit and our needs such a sweet woman. Later that afternoon I was at my son's pedestrian since he isn't a patient at mayflower come to find out no Dr in office until next day I called Destiny to check my son's insurance I got a call back from her to bring him in the do take his insurance what a relief I couldn't miss another day of work. So I got to see staff again was there almost until closing still friendly staff I know how hectic it is working in medical field especially during pandemic &flu season but this ladies are Amazing even though end of shift is coming still giving to each patient thank you for tending to my children. If ever needed I'd be back and also recommend.keep up great job“

Dr.Kaur makes a plan to help you, which may have multiple steps, to see which works best for you. She does not hesitate to ask your opinion, including her patients in the process. She knows when to include specialist for you if needed. Dr. Kaur goes the extra steps to get things done to help you. I am very happy seeing her because I trust her diagnosis.“

“Dr Tu is a ENT specialist, I had been to countless medical offices for about 4-5 years and no one could pin point my cough. I finally saw Dr. Tu through a referral from a relative and he immediately ordered an allergy panel and found the source to my cough. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and have my allergies under control and manageable. I see him 3-4x a year for maintenance treatment when the seasons change. I would recommend him for allergies, sinus issues and common cold / viruses. His office operates differently than some and I work in Los Angeles so his hours work great for me because I can stop in between 6-7 or one Saturdays. There are also mechanisms in place to hold your place in line if it is busy and you can pop in and out if you need to.“

“This was my first visit at Integrative Urgent Care they provided excellent Service from the Front Desk, X-ray Tech, Nurse & The Doctor everyone was kind explain everything in detail. The office is very clean . Hope I don't have to come back, if I do need medical help it will be here.“

“My impression is good, they form a very organized and professional team, they keep us updated on our corresponding shifts and that is very good, since this allows me to use my time better, on other things while waiting for my turn. The nurses behave very discreetly and kindly. The doctor pays attention to the patient and immediately proceeds to tests to avoid risks and have a better diagnosis. “I went recently for there first time to this location and was nervous about seeing a new Dr. From the Reception to Dr. Long it ended up being a good experience and I was quite relieved. Dr. Long listened to my issues and gave helpful instruction on what was needed including a prescription. I would recommend this location and Dr. Long and won't hesitate to go back for myself or family when needed.“

“I've been there twice in the last few months. Very nice people - Dr Christine is great! Very smart. Listened to all my issues and addressed everything. I would recommend you make an online appointment fill everything out before arriving to office. 10:00 appointment out by 11:00! I have anthem so my copay was only $15 ?“

“I'm impressed with Dr. Symaco & his assistant Anita's proactiveness. They called me up after receiving my lab results, to ask if I'm feeling any symptoms and sent the needed prescription to the pharmacy after the call. In addition, the doctor was able to see me right away even though my original appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks away. Dr. Symaco provided excellent care and listened attentively to my concerns. He and Anita displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.“

“I have to come here for DOT physicals. Every time it's totally packed and they say 3-4 hour wait. They seem to get all the patients seen in a timely manner. The staff are very patient and keep a smile. It would help if they could call your cell phone as you wait in your car especially when there is no seating.“
