“Rik did a full replacement of our tile roof. His told us exactly what it would take to do the job and his price was fair. He does the estimates and bids himself so he's not paying clueless salespeople who waste your time and pad the bill. And if he tells you something needs to be done, take his word for it. He and his guys removed everything from our roof, replaced damaged wood, then installed flashing, 2 layers of underlayment and all the other necessary stuff. And then the tropical storm hit. No leaks even without the tiles so we know it's a solid job.
