“My wife and I hired Michael to do our kitchen remodel. Working with Michael was great, he really knows what he's talking about and was able to provide great feedback on our design ideas and was able to help us determine what ideas would look good and would work and which ideas would not work. This is something we didn't get from the other contractors we got bids from. All other contractors either had no feedback about our design ideas or were just looking to keep the job simple and minimize the amount of work on their side. Michael, helped us really build out our design ideas and we ended up with a fantastic looking kitchen + a loft we created over the kitchen by converting the attic space above it + he also redid our fireplace in the family room. Since Michael been doing this for awhile he was also able to recommend suppliers for appliances, railing, ladders, fireplaces, cabinetry, counter tops that he's worked with before. With so many options out there and not knowing who to trust it was great knowing which places to look at to get those things. Best part of the whole experience was since the remodel required plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, among a lot of other things, Michael coordinated everything so the correct people were in on the correct days to get the job done. I would highly recommend Michael, we will definitely be using him for future remodels.“

Luke was by far the most responsive during the bidding phase. Additionally, his price was less than the other two contractors we worked with. Once Luke accepted the work, he was exactly what I was hoping for: honest, communicative, and invested in our success as a family owned small business trying to make a go of it. He was an invaluable asset during the design and build phase. In one example of many, Luke was able to straighten out a thorny issue with the city, our architect, and engineers about our grease trap that would have derailed the project for months and cost us tens of thousands of dollars. Finally, Luke and his team of professionals got the work done on time and on budget to the penny. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Iconik Builders.
