“Undertaking a solar panel project was a big cost, so we wanted to do our homework and choose a company that was experienced, reliable, and honest. We found all that and more with SolHome. David, the owner, came out to our property multiple times and worked with us to devise a solar plan that would meet our goals of dramatically lowering our energy costs (which are super high in Ramona!). He educated us about new energy-efficient options, like water heater heat pumps and mini-split heat pumps. During our decision process, David was always willing to answer our questions, even hopping on the phone with us to go through the nitty gritty of the solar quote.Once we decided to move forward, Troy took the reins as the project manager. The team came out quickly, first to put on a new roof, then to install the panels and heat pumps. Troy was very communicative, giving us detailed updates each day of the project, which we appreciated. The team showed up on time, worked hard, and made quick progress. I was amazed at how fast they got the job done, which meant we started saving money right away.My husband loves, loves, LOVES the apps that show us how our system is operating. In just the first month of the system being online, we're looking to save several hundred dollars on our energy bills and that includes the loan payment for the system.Going solar was the right choice for us and using SolHome was a great decision. “We happened upon GHD by complete luck. When we were unimpressed with another company, we ventured by their showroom and just happened to be lucky enough to meet Mrs. Brown, who impressed us enough to set up an appt with George. Although the pricing we received from GHD was not less than the other company, the service model was much more desirable, and the owners extremely personable. George has his hand in every step of the process. In the end, we were not thrilled with the effort put forth by the individual overseeing our project (general contractor, maybe?), but that didn't matter all that much because George was so heavily involved. For every error the GC made, George had an immediate fix, and the crew was obviously extremely accountable to George multiple times per week; in the end, George was, at least for our project, much more of the GC. Had it not been for George's oversight, I am sure our experience would have been typical of that with the average GC, but with George's involvement, GHD is fantastic. I would easily work with GHD again, just requesting a different GC. I will add, mid project, we ended up with a flooded house (completed unrelated) and George immediately shifted to add that repair to our project list so that we did not have to juggle a repair company with the work already being done. This made what was a nightmare, well, slightly less of a nightmare. ;) I am extremely grateful he was willing to take on that unexpected event also as it made my life a million times easier. “I LOVE my new windows! The whole team from Energy Core Construction was great! I was dubious about the reduction of street noise that was promised, but I can now 100% say that the new windows have made a vast improvement on the street noise and I live on a very busy, non-stop, all day trafficked street. The window function is super easy to use. The look is great and I've also noticed how much cooler my home is after coming home and not having run my AC at all! I also really like the security stop allowing me to keep my windows open a few inches throughout the night, but still feel secure. (Also great in lowering energy costs and starting the day with a cool house)The entire team from Josh with sales to all the install guys to Jared with project management it was all terrific work. We were referred to Harvest Home Improvements by at least 4 individuals, who raved about the quality of their work and their professionalism. We reviewed a couple of their projects, and they were impressive in design and construction. We then contacted Pete Taylor the President of the company. He met with us. Within a few weeks he prepared a design and estimate of the cost and timing of the project. We barely altered his design, since it was awesome, and felt that the cost estimate was more than reasonable.His crew did the work in a neat, competent, and timely fashion. “I found Charlie Snowder through Google. We were looking for someone to remove a load bearing wall in our house to open things up. It wasn't a simple, straight forward remodel since it was load bearing and in addition was supporting a huge beam in one of the rooms. Charlie came over and took a look, gave us some on the spot design and construction information. He consulted with a structural engineer and got back to us with a quote within a few days. Once we gave him the go ahead and signed some paperwork, work started within a few days. Each of the tradesmen he sent to our house wore a mask and were very neat and kept things tidy. We had several different crews doing different aspects of work. Charlie kept us informed ahead of each crew as to who was coming and when. I did call him once with something I noticed that needed some touching up, he sent someone over that afternoon and did it. The end result is gorgeous! They did a wonderful job. “When looking for a pool company in 2022, we called a handful of pool builders. None seem to understand our vision or offer other suggestions as quickly as Sundancer did. We signed and within 30 days began construction (permitting went much quicker than we anticipated). The digging of our pool space took a week and was done by hand, as it was in a backyard with no access. Needless to say, almost a year after completion, we could not be happier with our Oasis and the experience with Sundancer Pools. Dave, Shanyn. The crew was honest, communicative, and helpful with all questions we had, and we had plenty! Included the before and after photos.“

“Eric washed and detailed my 34' Motorhome and did an outstanding job. He not only pressure washed the entire vehicle he then brush wand hand washed with a soap solution, then hand dried everything. He steam cleaned a stain off of an interior valence and cleaned the carpets as well. The windows and all interior mirrors were spotless. He was on time and prompt and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He has a great work ethic.“

“We obtained proposals from two contractors, including San Diego Landcare Systems Inc., to upgrade our front and back yards, based on a plan we contracted from an independent landscape architect. Unfortunately, the final plan did not fit within our budget. We worked with Ron Parks to scale back the project, which was then limited to the hardscape elements, e.g. turf removal, paver installation, arbor construction, railroad tie slope pathway construction, boulder installation, and incidental electrical and drainage work. We are very pleased with the final results: the 5 stone paver pattern exceeded our expectations, affording an expansive look to our backyard; the railroad tie pathway had to be redesigned in the field to be practical and aesthetically pleasing; the additional drainage work was a smart call; the arbor built to support the lateral load of our cable shade structure is very sturdy and shows well; and the effort to place the boulders was well coordinated. The work was accomplished in a timely manner. All of the workers were courteous and skillful in their trades. The work area was cleaned up at the end of each work day. Ron and his crew members were responsive to our concerns and discussed with us the schedule and optional construction details. We are enjoying our new look and have proudly shared it with our neighbors, who have been impressed. We do recommend San Diego Landcare Systems Inc. to others.“
