Rick Almira was recommended as someone who worked in Restoration. I was doubtful about what someone could make of this mess, but I called. First and foremost, Rick's communication skills are superb. Second, Rick and his team are hard-working and exude genuine concern for the job. Third, their attention to detail is unsurpassed. The floor looked gorgeous when the team was done. The baseboards were beautiful. The drywall work was flawless. And the paint was a perfect color match. It's like it never happened! Not that I wish water damage or the need for Restoration on anyone, but ARC is on my speed-dial.“

“Greg was an absolute professional and super friendly. He came over for a clogged shower drain, and apparently it had fixed itself from our Drain-O attempt... but we hadn't realized it yet. There was nothing for him to do, and not only was there no charge for him coming out, but he wouldn't take any money no matter how much I begged (because we felt bad). On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. I wish there was a way to award a company a perfect score of 10 st Monterey Park Plumbing because they are good.“

“My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “I noticed a leak outside my townhome that was dripping right above my garage. I contacted Mr. Rooter the next day and Mariah was able to get someone to come out immediately to check out the issue. John B. was the plumber sent out to us and he was absolutely fantastic. The leak turned out to be a major issue since we weren't able to immediately identify the source. John was honest with us every step of the way and suggested we contact our homeowners insurance to get quotes prior to him continuing more work. We eventually requested for John to come back out and he fixed the issue. A lot of stucco had to be broken but John never complained or gave up - eventually finding the source of the leak! It was such a small pinhole leak that was causing the issue. He replaced the old copper piping and we haven't had any issues since. Tanya was also amazing throughout the process. She coordinated the stucco repair with an outside repairman, Fernando, who also did an amazing job. Tanya was patient with my changing schedule and limited timeline and I'm just so grateful. Overall, highly recommend working with Mr. Rooter for any of your plumbing issues! Everyone I worked with here made a stressful situation much more manageable. They're honest and go above and beyond to help you get things done correctly!“
