I cried my first session, ha! and now I have completed 19 sessions / 2 months in. I'll get back to you in a year about how much my body transforms (already down 2% body fat and 5 lb muscle increase) but this has been more internally healing. They remove much of the barrier to entry by making the sessions 30 minutes and holding you accountable with scheduling. The included Physical Therapy aspect makes the experience feel much more health-related than aesthetic, which I need. All the trainers are very very good. Have fun.“

The same positive energy is reflected in the gym's atmosphere, which makes a big difference while you're getting in shape there. All my workouts were tailored to my needs, and I truly appreciated that. The gym is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. Ali and Micah always patiently responded to all my concerns and questions in detail, as did my fantastic trainers, Divya and Jorge, who did a great job at training me. Even though I had to terminate my membership early due to a personal health emergency, I gained a lot of knowledge in the short period of time, which I aim to implement in my workouts in the future. He's like a personal trainer, chiropractor, physical therapist all wrapped into one - with a kind and understanding manner merged with a drill sergeant's discipline.
