I had my doubts given I have tried to get in shape and lose weight before but it has been worth it all! I have struggled with weight and not seeing the results I wanted. I am a life long endurance athlete as well as a Ironman. These folks know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. With Stark I am seeing results very quickly! They provide a full fitness package and it is incredible and fun!

I’m 61 and have many years experience with fitness. I’ve been working out at Stark for a year. The trainers are very knowledgeable and clientele is varied from the young, beautiful and fit to the older set needing muscle building. I’m much stronger than I have been in years and my trainer is very responsive to my individual physical needs. Highly recommend Stark overall!!

Wow! Just wow! If you're willing to go all in, this boutique gym can be life changing. The facility is immaculate, the staff incredibly friendly and responsive, and everybody is always on the same page, constantly in communication with each other through all facets of your experience. The whole program is personalized, and is far from the cookie cutter type workout you get in other programs at other places, where the trainers have everybody doing the same thing. But there's much more to it than exercise, alone. There's movement, nutrition, supplementation, dexa scans to track your progress, NMDs, and vitamin infusions, if wanted.
