Basement fitness is my second home. I have been going to this private gym for years and I absolutely love. The owners Gab and David were born to do this. They know their stuff and really care about the health and technique of your workouts and body. Everyone should experience basement Fitness
Love working out at Basement! They took me and my goals seriously and made sure I stayed accountable and in line with where I wanted to be. It helped me physically and mentally and I would highly recommend them.
I am 3 months already into the parsonal coaching and already seen a marked improvement. Over 40 watts at my threshold power. I am happy, to say the least! Thanks for some great coaching and look forward to the rest of the season.
