Marlon also performs a thorough regular maintenance and checks for any potential future equipment problems which we highly appreciate.

“In early August 2025 our AC condenser failed. I called the original installer (Not BANNER) who located a field rat in the condenser that chewed many wires and got electrocuted (see the attached image). The original installer (Not BANNER) indicated we had $6,000 of damage (see the attached image). I called BANNER, spoke with Abbey (owner) who came out the same day with a team of three technicians and BANNER was able to change all the wiring harnesses in 1.5 hours for $650. The damages went from $6,000 via the original installer, to $650 with BANNER. Banner are fantastic. In the middle of the 100 degree August heat wave they fixed our issue the same day, and for a very reasonable, very fair price for parts & labor. Thank you Abbey and Team.“
