“Worked with Stone Empire (Taha and Team) to measure, fabricate and install quartzite counter tops with backsplashes and marble waterfall island. This team was great to work with -answered our many questions and were patient with us throughout the process. We know they were challenged a bit with walls that may not have been completely straight and we are happy with the outcome however there were somethings we think could have been done better. For example where two backsplashes meet in the corner we wish the gap was smaller. They placed seams in correct places which we appreciated. Our materials were very expensive and we were notified that the marble for the island did not come out right after they input the measurements into the computer . This was due to the fact that our marble had one side that was not straight. They were not happy with the result so they got a new piece of the same marble to make it right. Now that is truly service. Our island was custom and design was difficult but the end result is just stunning. We would absolutely recommend them again. We were referred to them from Tea Marble in Oakland.“
“They are on the expensive side, but their products are superb. We had a custom buffet and a custom media cabinet built and installed by Segale. Both are beautiful.“

“We recently had our old formica countertops replaced with quartz. I shopped for pre-fab at some 10 shops in San Leandro and Hayward. I found just what I wanted at two places, but chose Superior because of the amazing customer service (and care) we received from Joanna, who really went out on a limb to prepare several estimates and helped me navigate all questions about prep/installation/cutting to fit our unusual kitchen counter layout. She was friendly, helpful, offered suggestions and never made me feel like I was a nuisance with so many concerns and questions. We will return to Joanna and Superior Tile for our next project.“
