“We worked with Kevin through remodeling our kitchen after a small electrical fire during the Covid pandemic. Kevin was upfront about any potential delays and suggested suppliers that weren't having delays in getting materials. He was on top of EVERY step throughout. Any issues that arose (there's always something in construction) were dealt with in a professional and caring way. Our flooring contractor (not someone Kevin had recommended) damaged a few cabinet doors and Kevin fixed them for us. Customer service is definitely his top priority.His staff were super professional and accommodating - they were so sweet with my children who were home due to the pandemic AND their work was very detailed with a gorgeous end product. The subcontractor he recommended for tile was also fantastic. We could not be happier with our decision to hire Kevin and his team! “The service from Cabinet World was amazing when we originally ordered our full set of kitchen and island cabinets from here. Fast forward 11 years, and service here is still amazing! We're thrilled Cabinet World USA is still around and that they are still an Omega distributor. Kudos to Cabinet World USA and Omega for standing behind their products. For some context, over the last 11 years, our cabinets have held up beautifully. Recently, a few doors have expanded a bit, and they are starting to hit each other when closing. I called Cabinet World, and spoke with Maria immediately (no crazy phone tree system or waiting for an associate). She was so helpful from the beginning. Once she understood the problem we have with our cabinets, she went through a process on how to fix them (starting with sending us some replacement parts) and what other steps we can take if the less intrusive measures aren't working. I'll provide an update once we've gone through this process, but things are looking really good so far, and I'm really grateful we stepped up for some quality, name brand cabinets. Not only have they held up really well over time, but they are fully backed and supported, over a decade later!“

“I highly recommend Jennifer at Imperial Cabinets & Home Design. She is an expert on the product, helped us with the design and came to the work site multiple times for our questions, changes and inspections when the cabinets were delivered. If anything needed to be corrected, she took care of it immediately and we quickly received the replacements. The cost was a good value and we were able to upgrade cabinets while staying on budget. She also helped us purchase pulls and handles at a lower price than anywhere else. Their office address may be on the peninsula, but we are in Walnut Creek and she services the East Bay as if she is your next door neighbor. We love love our kitchen and can't thank Jennifer enough for her help.“

“Jim is an artist. His work is impeccable! If you would like your cabinets to have the "Wow" factor, Jim is your man. I have owned an Eichler home in Palo Alto since 1985. Currently, I rent it out, but am planning on returning to our Eichler home. Anticipating our return, I asked Jim to build cabinets for my two bathrooms and kitchen. Because of the age of the existing cabinets, I knew Jim would need to tear everything out and rebuild all of them. One of the things I really enjoyed about Jim, was how conscientious he was about my budget. He wanted what was truly best for me. Jim made good suggestions based on what was currently popular and what would last over time while leaving me to make decisions about what elements I wanted to incorporate. He made wonderful suggestions to increase our storage capacity. As the job continued, Jim consulted with me to make sure of any changes. Also, he was very careful to keep interruptions to our tenants' daily lives at a minimum. I highly recommend Jim. He was joy to work with.“

“Skybleu is a family owned business: Patrick and Mirela. They cleaned the 16 windows of my one-story house for me. I have some complicating vegetation near some walls of my house, making access cumbersome.Patrick and Mirela arrived on time with their assistant Jose. The cleaning included windows inside and outside, the screens, and tracks. The team was super efficient, and outstandingly thorough. The difference of looking through any of my windows is striking. Sharp contrasts of the outside world, and more light. I collected three estimates. One was way lower, the other was right along the same line with Patrick's. After conversing with Patrick I decided to choose his company, because he is clearly engaged with this work, and cares about the outcome. The same is true for Mirela. She explained at some point during the cleaning that they both enjoy the work, and this connection shows in the results.I don't know whether this is common practice, but Patrick and Mirela use a machine that removes all minerals from the water that they use for the outside of the glass. The result is the crystal clear view without any spots. I would instantly hire Skybleu again. They also do kitchen remodels, though I have no experience with that part of their business.“
