“Being a first time patient, I didn't know the staff, what the Dr looked like or how their operations ran in the office. It would've been nice if staff introduced themselves and tell me what they're going to do and explain the Dr would be coming in later. Don't get me wrong, The staff is always very kind and helpful. I just didn't know what was going on. See you again soon. I eyed a new pair of glasses.“
