“We have a house on the hillside in Sherman Oaks and wanted to fully redesign and modernize our kitchen and do it so it would take advantage of our great valley views. The job has just been finished. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more.We hired IND Construction. The quality of their work was first rate. The workers were invariably highly skilled, friendly and considerate. The job was completed on budget with no surprises for extras. Erez Shifferman, IND’s Senior Project Manager, and Allan Pineda, IND’s foreman for the job, guided us through all aspects of the renovation with skill and kindness. Whenever we had to choose designs, Erez and his team advised us well, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of this business. Whatever we asked to have done was done just as we requested. Whenever issues arose, Erez and Allan resolved them patiently and effectively.When a major kitchen renovation is in progress, there is a risk living in the house will become intolerable. Everything Erez, Allan and IND could do to minimize inconvenience for us was done effectively. The workers cleaned up carefully after each work day. We were surprised our lives could continue with a minimum of upheaval.We could not be happier or more grateful. Our high expectations for what our kitchen would become have been exceeded. We love how it looks, how it functions and how spectacular the views from it have become. It has been a great pleasure to have IND build it for us.“

“Me and my fiance just bought a home in January. I was scared to pay anyone to remodel my kitchen because I thought it be too much and take too long. We just bought the home and had them give me an estimate just to get an idea and see if it was even worth fixing. All we had was plywood down for flooring, and some drywall had holes in it, and cabinets without the counter top. They showed up the very next day and I was happily surprised with the cost. When they were finished I legit cried because I didn't think it was gonna turn out that amazing and be the best looking room in my house. Definitely paying to have all the other rooms look as good . “My bath tub was leaking into the ceiling below me. I was having trouble with the insurance company and my neighbors were being inconvenienced. Oren helped me navigate the insurance company and everyone at HouseRus provided great customer service and was patient. When they began the work they arrived on time and worked all day. They covered my floors and were very clean. The tile work was beautiful and the tub alined perfectly. The vanity and medicine cabinets were installed as I requested. I love my new bathroom! “What can I say? I bought a house that was in need of a pretty decent overhaul inside and in the garage. Lee and NextDoor not only came in with a very reasonable bid, but a much better timeline than any other contractor -- and she kept to it.She has a team that works nonstop. I'm talking nights and weekends, which I've never seen before from contractors. She is on-site once a day, at least, if not more. There isn't a day she isn't coming by to examine the work her team does. Everything happens fast, fast, fast, which helped because we were paying rent and mortgage, while work was being done.We're very happy with how the house turned out - especially our new kitchen! My budget didn't allow me to do all I wanted to do, but for the money I did have, Lee and her team did great work.As soon as I save enough, I'll be calling her back to do more!“
