He went beyond the standard of help by giving us advice and resources from attorneys to permit and architect contacts. We are so grateful and look forward to working with him.

This is a shout out to Bela Development. And especially Michael and his team. My wife and I hired Michael to take care of some rather extensive repairs to our place. After 12 years of doing nothing, we needed roof repair. Deck repair. Busted door. Broken bathroom mirror. Painting, etc. Before any work started, Michael took his time to go over each repair. Not only explaining what should be done but why. He responded to all text and messages. Went over all costs and material. Having home repair can be like car repair. You feel vulnerable. This is the second review we are posting for Bela Development. The first was on Yelp in May of 2018, for our kitchen reconstruction. Based on the stellar job Bela Development did then, we hired them again for a full bathroom renovation and installation of windows. We are once again giving them 5 stars! Our bathroom looks beautiful. Ben and his team gave great design ideas, prepared detailed plans, listened to our wishes at every step of the process.
