“Oh my goodness! Where to start?! I absolutely love this place. Crossfit Blvd is now my second home as well as my family's. I have never in my 33 years of life been able to stick with a workout much less enjoy it! I came in a bit scared to be honest because I had never ever done anything similar but since day one with coach Yvette and her light, positivity, and encouragement I knew I could challenge myself to do it and be consistent. Three months later thanks to the coaches and the community I am going consistently at least 5 times a week and actually nailing Crossfit movements and getting healthier at the same time! I can hold myself on monkey bars, pick up my toddler or 50lbs dog food like nothing, if that's not proof I don't know what is! All the coaches Carlos, Rich, Katie, Meghan, Amanda, Mark, and Drew are so welcoming, encouraging and overall amazing human beings so thankful for them. Each and every class is an experience and overall amazing time. They also offer a kids class, which my kids absolutely love (9&10) they make it fun yet challenging and they can't wait to come back every Saturday. Who knew working out could be so much fun! Crossfit BLVD you have already changed my life in ways I never thought possible I am so grateful for this place and this community. I seriously cannot wait to see where I am a year from now and hopeful that this wonderful place will continue growing and impacting the life of more people like it did for me. “I worked with Marna for my second pregnancy. Everyone said the second would come faster than the first but we were 10 days past our original due date and I'd been going in and out of labor contractions for almost 3 weeks. I was starting to have anxiety about induction and my doula recommended Marna. She came over to my house in the evening and it was so nice and relaxing. She finished at 9pm and my water broke (in a Hollywood-like display) at 3am. I was so grateful for help. My son was born at 7am!“

“I've been practicing Bikram Yoga at Hot Yoga Pasadena regularly for a about 13 months now and I can't think of any negative things to say about this studio! It is equipped with clean showers and multiple restrooms. In the beginning, I had a hard time getting used to the smell of sweat in the hot yoga room full of people, but it no longer bothers me. It's just something that you have to get used to if you want to practice hot yoga anywhere.I love my regular instructors (since they pay attention to details and try to push me beyond my limits), but I have never had a bad instructor here. All of them are really encouraging, knowledgeable, and friendly.Practicing Bikram Yoga has transformed my life in different ways, both physically and emotionally. Prior to this practice, weekly chiropractic sessions and daily pain medications were not able to completely eliminate the upper back and neck pain that I experienced from long hours of standing (required by my job). I am happy to say that the tension on my neck and shoulders have been significantly reduced (from 6 to 1 on a scale of 1-10) since I started my regular Bikram Yoga practice and I no longer need to visit my chiropractor or my daily pain medications!I'm not going to lie and say that I am totally pain free. In fact, I often feel sore all over my body after 90 minutes of stretching and toning in the hot and humid room, but as the saying goes, "no pain, no gain!" I've tried other methods of weigh loss after having two kids, but couldn't really maintain them. Bikram Yoga has somehow guided me to a healthier life style (with more water and vegetable and less caffeine consumption and eating smaller but more frequent meals). I find that on days that I don't drink enough water or did not eat well, it is harder for me to complete my yoga practice. However, no matter how terrible I feel during the practice, I always enjoy the rush of endorphines after each yoga session. A year of religious Bikram Yoga practice has resulted in a 10-pound weight loss and the decrease in one dress size!Getting started was the hardest step, especially with getting my body used to the heat and the smell of sweat. I'm glad I got over those hurdles and feel very thankful for Hot Yoga Pasadena in providing a clean facility and amazing instructors to help me in this positive self transformation!“

“I think overall the physical space it's self is a 4.5. Some instructors really don't que students enough so I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who hasn't done yoga before. During the end of the extreme precautions with covid this studio opened a second space attached to their main lobby area and it was THE BEST area to do yoga. It was hot enough, tall ceilings, bright natural lighting. They had the pads for your yoga towels so you aren't on the hard ground-- today I walked in and the door was filled with a wall :( Back in the smaller room, just wasn't the same for me... A touch I really love is they always give you chilled towels before your savasana at the end of class.“

It gets really busy at times and some members have no gym etiquette, sitting on equipment on there phones, but that’s anywhere really.
