I love power yoga class taught by Shikha. She incorporates stretching, weights, HIIT and meditation in her yoga classes. It is deceptively hard. The instructor makes the class very fun and she encourages you to maintain positive attitude in life. I love taking different styles of classes with Shikha.Their kids classes are awesome too.

I had been looking for dance classes for my soon to be 4-year-old and I came across Sapphire Dance Studio. After looking at a few dance studios I felt Sapphire would be a good fit. I'm so glad we decide to enroll our daughter. She absolutely loves it and always asks if today is the day she has class. The staff are kind and so are the kids in the class and their parents which is an added bonus!
