“Today was my first session which is intended to be an assessment.
From beginning with the front of the house (registration) to the stretch therapist (Maya), it’s been a great start!
I went in not really knowing what to expect, but wanted to improve mobility and range of motion. I am 61 years young; go to the gym 5-6 times/week; and, play golf regularly.
I’ve noticed my flexibility and range of motion was in need of improvement.
