Been coming to SMF for about 2 years now and training with Chandler. Love the facility it is super clean, always very welcoming, music and vibe are great! They also have amazing food and snacks post workout. The Meals by Mel are also amazing. 10/10 recommend this facility for any beginner or advanced athlete. They also have extra services such as sauna, IV drips, etc.
My daughter has been training with Jarvis for over a year now. She was in a teenage girl slump. His dedication, professionalism, and expertise has molded her into quite an athlete. I have noticed a 180 degree turn around in my daughter’s attitude, energy level, and excitement.The staff at the gym are always so helpful and friendly. The gym equipment and restrooms are clean.
Amazing top notch gym ! I searched everywhere for a gym that had not only the best trainer but highly quality machines and finally found it. Very clean, private and catering to everyone fitness goals . My coach Ebony has been amazing from day one, 6 month with her lost a total for 30lbs.
