“I've had Sentient perform exclusion on two homes I've lived in and have always been so impressed by their attention to detail and craftsmanship. They've noticed entry points that rodents were entering I would have never noticed. I've also had them pigeon proof our solar panels and the the netting looks really nice and blends in with the roof and panels. The best thing I can say was during the pigeon proofing they found some glued/cracked roof tiles our home builder tried to cover up. We had a couple spares that Sentient cut and installed for us. Not a lot of tradesman have that kind of integrity to pause the job and show the homeowner problems on the roof unrelated to the job. Can't sing their praises enough. “Young man came out today for mice and while pulling out stove from wall a rat literally 8 inches long before the tail ran across kitchen floor and ended up in living room. He went above and beyond and helped me move furniture and everything else in the way to capture and suggested leave slider door open to maybe run out and after a few minutes of poking around the rat ran out of the open door ! Most excellent professionalism and patience. Thank you young man...Thank you Orkin ! He could've just dropped the traps and left...I was looking for a two inch mouse.“

“We had a terrible problem with birds nesting under our solar panels. It was so bad that we had weeds in our gutters, as well as debris blowing off of the roof onto our patio and dog run. One of our dogs ate some debris and nearly died. ZAP cleared debris from our roof and yard, they cleaned the panels and then installed netting around the panels to keep the birds from coming back. They were professional, flexible and worth every penny. Fantastic service.“
