“We needed our attic cleaned out due to old insulation, new roof debris, and rodent droppings. I met with Najim Ahmad for an attic inspection and estimate. He provided the assessment, worked with me on insulation type, and offered to seal up an old unused whole house fan. He gave a competitive price, and the work was scheduled for the next day. The attic was throughly cleaned out, sanitized, and they sealed air gaps, including wire mesh on a gap where a rodent could enter. They installed new Owens Corning next gen Pink R-38 at my request. Roy and his crew did excellent work and delivered exactly what I wanted in one day. We're looking forward to saving money on heating and cooling the house and federal tax credit.“

He could have easily told us that we needed $6,000 of pest work, and we would have unknowingly paid for it. Instead, he honestly explained what each item of the report meant, and I'll be able to do most of the work myself for the cost of a $5 wire brush and a $15 bottle of Green Copper. I really appreciate Rich for his honesty and integrity and for saving us thousands of dollars.“
