Our technician, Joshua H, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He came to inspect our apartment for a rodent problem and did a great job explaining entry points/ setting up traps! Highly recommend this company!
Wasps have been a problem in my neighborhood, and were making my front yard unusable. I called Omega and they sent someone out the next day. Grant assessed the problem, explained what he thought was going on, what he was going to do, suited up, and treated the problem area. Afterwards, he told me what to expect, and what to do if it needed more attention.Customer service was excellent, the treatment worked, and I haven't seen a wasp since. I would recommend Omega wholeheartedly.
Arnaldo came out today to check some damage for termite and beetle infestation. He was very knowledgable and professional and was able to diagnose our issue right away. Don't hesitate... I have nothing but good things to say about these folks.
